Meet the ITB Grads | Nimrod

I started a journey six months ago…and to tell you the truth, I entered the program half-hearted and unsure if this program would really help me. I was laid off for first time in my career, I was angry, disappointed and worried.

CCIS helped my family to settle down in Calgary more than six (6) years ago. The ITB program was an interesting and awakening program that caught me by surprise. I met people from different countries with different IT backgrounds. The class learned to trust each other. We learned the importance of self- awareness, to believe in yourself and (have a ) growth mindset.

The SAIT course with Sifu Dr. Randel and Mona reminded me of why I loved my career. The classroom learning helped to harness and polish my skillset.

Special thank you to Mehrzad, Yared and Maya for their hard work in managing the participants of this program. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Without their support and my class’s dedication, all of this will not be possible.

I am starting another journey with a new company and a new team at Hedgerow Software Ltd.
